So....this was my first time as a customer at Gary's so I was just a tiny bit apprehensive, however, needlessly so My experience was nothing but positive. Everyone I spoke with from Sara when making the initial appointment and then later Deb, Nathan and Mike were extremely customer focused and professional. My questions were answered promptly and the work was completed in good time. I am really pleased and look forward to doing business with Gary's in the future.

My car was towed to Gary's Auto Service on Saturday. Monday morning I recieved a call from Gary's Auto shop and I didn't have to contact them so that was a plus. The rep Nathan was very nice professional and pleasant to speak to. I like the text method to keep customers in gauge and in the loop.of the process and status of their car. Neatly to say my.car was fix and back on the road Monday evening. I like how Nathan help with saving money and how he provided me with the most important things that needed to be done and broke everything down where I understood everything and didnt feel overwhelm or that I was been told a bunch of false lies to get me to spend more money. I will definitely be back and I strongly recommend Gary's Auto Service.
