Mike, Nate, Kenny and all the staff are AWESOME!!! EXCELLENT service. We recommend everyone we know to come to Gary's. If it's not broke...they aren't going to tell you it is just to make money. Mechanic and office staff very professional and most importantly Honest!!! I was traveling through Missouri between Christmas and New Year when my car started making a weird noise. I called multiple shops and after talking with Mike decided that Garry's was the best place to take my 2007 Saab (frequently a challenge to find a good shop). I had my car towed in on Monday afternoon. Debbie and Sarah in the office were so friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to let me dog hang out with me in the waiting area.While I was waiting, Sarah helped me find a pet friendly hotel for the night. They made sure that the technician (I believe it was Kenny) diagnosed my car quickly. They determined the problem, even brought the broken part up for me to see, asked how I wanted them to proceed, and ordered the parts. At 8am the next morning, I received a text message that the technician was working on my car. By 12:30, they had me back on the road to finish the last 500 miles of my trip! Everyone was wonderful, I felt the treated me with respect, kindness, and were honest. It was not a cheap repair but I feel like it was a fair price for the work. I would highly recommend Gary's to anyone in the area.
