Gary's Auto Repair Shop is the best in North St. Louis County. Ken and Nate in the front office are personable and really care about their customers and make sure everything is done correctly and on time. They really make you feel like family. The mechanics do exceptionable work and make sure it is done correctly. We have been going to this shop for many, many years and will continue to give them our business. I was very pleased with the service at Gary's Auto Shop. This was my second visit and the service was just as outstanding this time. The service technician was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I became exasperated with my dealership who inspected my Jaguar and left it crippled afterwards with a whole, new set of unexpected and expensive problems costing thousands of dollars. I went back to them to have it repaired. I became frustrated and suspicious. I was very pleased and delighted after finding Gary’s. The single problem encountered was a loose, out of the way vacuum line that had been purposely disconnected. They diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. The cost, instead of thousands was a tiny fraction of that asked by the Jaguar dealer. Needless to say Gary’s is my go to business for maintenance and repair as I take excellent care of my automobile and appreciate their honesty and commitment.
