I made my appointment online for 8 am but was going to drop off no matter what, as long as it was done by afternoon! Nate called about 1430 hours to tell me it was ready.

Wow wow wubbzy😁. I truly enjoyed and appreciate my experience with the staff of Gary automotive. 1st I speak with Mike on the phone to set the appointment. Then the day of the appointment Nathan the front counter person was truly exceptional in his handling of customer service...I believe that that was my 1st hearing n watching a guy multi task in such a spirit of excellence. Had Check Engine Light and they got me in same day to make sure it was not a major issue and then scheduled a follow-up appointment to fix the minor issue in my heat/cooling system. Great Service
