I hate getting bad news, even when I ask for it. Please diagnose that noise... At least when Savannah or Nate give me the news I know it's the truth and it's what needs to be fixed. Thanks for your great work and honest information. Even if I don't like it.

I had made an appointment by phone and when I came in on the day of my appointment I was greeted cordially by Nate. We went over the work I wanted done on my car and asked if I was leaving it or waiting. I was going to wait. They got started right away with the State Inspections and maintenance check. When finished he talked to me about what they found and said everything passed inspection and maintenance check was good. There was one recommendation he had and that was to resurface my headlight covers so they were clear again. I asked the price and time involved and he gave me the price and said about 45 minutes. I gave the ok and the work was completed within that time and I have clear light covers. The work was completed well and in a timely manner. My thanks to everyone in the shop.
