My first time to visit Gary's, received my inspections. They gave me pictures and details on every part of my car as they inspected it and then went over each part to make sure I knew what I was looking at. Fast, friendly, and expertly serviced. Mike & Nate have gone above and beyond in helping me maintain my 1999 Ford Explorer. I definitely enjoy the fact that I can get a rental car when the work may require more than one day. This is something that I didn't receive at the shop that I used to go to. This takes so much stress out of having your vehicle 'in the shop'. Mike will personally tell me all of the efforts that have gone into making a nagging issue better. Not to leave Nate out! He is my main contact who keeps me informed, but I have extra confidence in my choice of repair facilities when the owner makes time to talk to me. I wish I had been going to Gary's from the beginning!
