Great service. The waiting area is much nicer, cleaner and more comfortable than so many others including car dealerships.

Nate, Sarah, and Mike performed with exceptional costumer service. Nate was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Sarah was the heartbeat of the business with her friendly demeanor and prompt attention to details. Mike repaired my car with great expertise, punctuality, and cleanliness. The waiting area was pleasantly scented, thoroughly cleaned, and equipped with coffee and magazines. The background music selection was diverse, enjoyable and not too loud. The restroom was clean , fresh and replenished. Regarding the ride service back to my home, I was kept well informed of the arrival time and vehicle information. And BEST of ALL the cost of the repairs were more than reasonable!!

Was getting my Cadillac CTS serviced at the dealership and the whole time my car ran like crap, the customer service was awful, I took it to Garys and not only was the customer service the best I’ve ever seen, Nate is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you in a way that you can understand. They took great care of my car and it’s running the best that it’s ever ran since I’ve owned it. I liked how they treated me and my car so much I took my Silverado truck to them for A/C service , it was blowing hot air. It’s so cold now that it will give you frostbite. The level of service at this shop is unmatched in the entire St. Louis metro region and its now my go to shop for all my mechanical needs. Five star service with top level mechanics they absolutely know what they are doing.
