I am a first time customer who just moved to the Florissant MO area. I have no complaints as Nathan called me at 830a that morning on 5/13 to let me know he is speaking with tech and will let me know about diagnostic once done he called and text me the details then I called him back . The report was very detailed and thorough and listed services and provided photos of problem areas. He was very courteous and professional and very thorough with details and explaining the process from beginning to end . I was able to pay over the phone and he put the keys and receipt under my mat as I had an extra set of keys . He went the extra mile with getting my vehicle done same day as it was a lot of work that needed to be done . I am a very satisfied customer and will be recommending you to others. Thank you for your services!!

Service was quick, and efficient. The entire staff was extremely informative, Organized, and knowledgeable.

I had my car repaired somewhere else and they wanted to do additional repairs that I wasn't certain was needed. Gary's Auto did a diagnostic and said the repairs were not needed. Sometime later I took my vehicle to Gary's for inspection and they took care of everything. Needed repair for safety (unrelated to previously mentioned repair by other shop) and they took care of it that day, the work was reasonable and guaranteed and all is good. I will be taking both vehicles to Gary's Auto. Friendly, professional, and honest!
